Our introductory video examines why it is important to document the development process, thinking about consistency of assessments and legal and regulatory compliance amongst other things, and explores how to capture this in an audit ready way.

Templates are then provided in the following units for every step of the process - from developing content, to creating assessment and producing guidance materials.

Templates designed to support you in planning and documenting your full development including a development log and RAID template.

Unit 3: Approach and Rationale Documents

Templates designed to capture your early decision making in terms of your approach to the development and any changes that occur as the development progresses.
