Our training is designed to be flexible and accessible or you and your staff as and when you need it. But sometimes you want a person to talk to.

Our EPA Manager's Bundle comes with access to the ProAssess EPA Help Desk. These are monthly drop in sessions, held on Teams, during which you can ask us any questions in relation to the course content or EPA in general.

The Help Desk has a Telegram group where you can post any questions ahead of time, allowing us to plan the sessions. But you can also bring questions with you or even send them to us via email if you'd like to raise them anonymously.
